MA Group is an integrated design and build group founded in Dubai in 2021. We take a project from the first sketch to daily operation — interiors, construction, landscape, swimming pools and facility management — under one contract and one accountable team, with joinery made in our own workshop.
Three separately licensed entities let us hold direct contractual responsibility for fit-out, building and maintenance scopes, so the hand-overs where quality is usually lost simply don't happen.

Before MA Group I worked as a project engineer with Arabtec on the Meadows and Springs villas, and then for thirteen years ran facility management at Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority, responsible for a portfolio of buildings and a team of more than five hundred people. I saw the same problem on every project: the designer, the contractor and the maintenance company were three different firms, and every gap between them cost the client time, money and quality.
MA Group is my answer. We hold three licences so that one team can design, build and maintain. We built our own joinery workshop so the detailing is ours. And we built our own head office as a live showroom, because I would rather you judge our standard before you sign than after.
Every project we take on is treated as if we will be the ones maintaining it for the next ten years — because very often, we are.

Yes. MA Group is a single-contract design and build partner: the same group designs the space, holds the main contract for the works, manufactures the joinery and can maintain the building afterwards. Clients sign one contract and deal with one accountable team rather than coordinating a designer, a contractor and an FM provider separately.
MA Group works in healthcare (hospitals and clinics), hospitality (five-star hotels and restaurants), commercial and retail, government and public-sector buildings, and high-end private residential. Completed sectors include a five-star restaurant inside Grand Hyatt Dubai, a 15,000 sq.ft hospital new build for Aster DM Healthcare, and a G+1 modular office building for Dubai Municipality.
Yes. MA Group regularly delivers phased works inside live, fully operational buildings. On the Medcare Royal Hospital facade and landscape renovation, patient and ambulance access was maintained throughout; at Aster Cedar Hospital and Grand Hyatt Dubai, works were programmed around continuous operation with infection-control, noise and access protocols agreed in advance.

Yes. Swimming pools and water features are one of MA Group's six in-house disciplines, covering pool structure, waterproofing, tiling and finishes, filtration and circulation plant, lighting, decking and surrounding landscape — delivered under the same contract as the building or villa works rather than through a separate pool subcontractor.
Yes. M.A For Building Maintenance Co. L.L.C provides planned and reactive maintenance, MEP servicing, and building upkeep after handover, so the team that built the asset also cares for it. Clients can move from construction into a maintenance contract without re-tendering or re-explaining the building.

Yes. MA Group manufactures bespoke joinery in its own workshop — reception counters, wardrobes, kitchens, wall panelling and display units. Keeping joinery in-house removes the longest lead time on most fit-out programmes and lets the group control finish quality and site fit directly instead of relying on external suppliers.
